We generally recommend starting our programs around the junior high or high school level. At this age, athletes can safely and effectively build strength and mobility foundations while maintaining their growth and health on and off the pitch.
For optimal results, we recommend attending training sessions at the E.A.T.S. compound three to four times a week. This frequency allows for consistent progress while ensuring adequate time for recovery.
