What Our Athletes Say

Rob & his team @ E.A.T.S. are great, the in-season program they provided for our U-15 AAA Hockey Club was excellent. The attention to detail by the entire staff is great and the accountability they held the team to was very appreciated.

I’ve been training at Elite Athlete Training Systems for 4 years now and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. When I’m there I feel like I can focus on what I’m doing with no distractions. The hardest I’ve ever worked has come from this gym and although it sucks when you’re in it, it makes you much stronger physically and mentally.

A lot of my success in 2021-22 can be credited to time spent at The Gorilla Compound (E.A.T.S.) If you're an athlete looking to have a big season, this is probably the place you should be.

Questions About Baseball Training

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the recommended age to start strength and mobility training for baseball?

We generally recommend starting our programs around the junior high or high school level. At this age, athletes can safely and effectively build strength and mobility foundations while maintaining their growth and health on and off the pitch.

How often should I attend training sessions?

For optimal results, we recommend attending training sessions at the E.A.T.S. compound three to four times a week. This frequency allows for consistent progress while ensuring adequate time for recovery. If you're interested in giving our program and facility a try, join us for drop-in strength session every Saturday.

Can your training programs help prevent baseball-related injuries?

Yes, our programs include injury prevention strategies. We focus on strengthening vulnerable areas and improving flexibility, reducing the risk of common baseball-related injuries such as shoulder and elbow issues from throwing, catching, etc.

What makes your strength and mobility training different from generic fitness programs?

At E.A.T.S., we offer tailored training programs that are designed specifically to you based on your athlete assessment. We target the movements and muscle groups critical to each sport we train for. Our program addresses the unique demands of baseball, promoting improved performance on the field.

How long does it typically take to see noticeable improvements in strength and mobility?

While individual results vary, many of our athletes report significant improvements within 6-12 weeks of consistent training. Long-term gains continue with continued dedication to our programs.
