What is PSAA Powerlifitng?

Precision. Power. Persistence.

The PSAA Powerlifting Stream is a specialized pathway for student-athletes in Spruce Grove and Stony Plain who are ready to dedicate themselves to the "Big Three": the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Using the proven E.A.T.S. Method, our Powerlifting stream focuses on technical mastery, neurological development, and peak force production. This isn't just about moving weight; it’s about the science of strength. We provide a structured, competitive environment where students learn the discipline of a professional lifter while maintaining their academic edge.

Our Unique Edge

What Sets PSAA Powerlifting Apart?

1

Technical Proficiency First

Powerlifting is a game of millimeters. Our coaches prioritize safe, efficient form above all else. Before a student adds weight to the bar, they master the mechanics of the movement to ensure long-term health and maximum performance.

2

The "Pro-Style" Environment

Students train during the school day at our elite facility. By surrounding themselves with other high-performance athletes, they build a culture of accountability. In this stream, your "teammates" are the ones spotting your heaviest sets and pushing you to find a new gear.

3

Integrated Strength Science

We don’t guess; we measure. Athletes in the Powerlifting stream utilize data-driven programming that accounts for fatigue management, CNS recovery, and hypertrophy—all designed to peak for performance milestones.

What Our Athletes Say

Rob & his team @ E.A.T.S. are great, the in-season program they provided for our U-15 AAA Hockey Club was excellent. The attention to detail by the entire staff is great and the accountability they held the team to was very appreciated.

I’ve been training at Elite Athlete Training Systems for 4 years now and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. When I’m there I feel like I can focus on what I’m doing with no distractions. The hardest I’ve ever worked has come from this gym and although it sucks when you’re in it, it makes you much stronger physically and mentally.

A lot of my success in 2021-22 can be credited to time spent at The Gorilla Compound (E.A.T.S.) If you're an athlete looking to have a big season, this is probably the place you should be.
